Our Purpose

PeptideCalculator.us was built to solve a simple problem: peptide dosing math is repetitive, error-prone, and poorly documented. Researchers were spending time doing the same calculations over and over — converting mg to mcg, figuring out how many units to draw on an insulin syringe, calculating how long a vial would last.

We built a free, accurate, and mobile-optimized calculator alongside a comprehensive knowledge base. The AI assistant is trained on the current state of peptide research to answer practical questions directly and clearly.

How Our Content Is Compiled

Every peptide guide on this site is built from primary sources: peer-reviewed studies indexed on PubMed, clinical trial data from ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA drug labeling where applicable (e.g., Tesamorelin/Egrifta, Bremelanotide/Vyleesi), and established research community protocols.

Dosing ranges: Derived from the research literature. Where multiple studies exist, we report the range. Where a compound has an FDA-approved clinical dose (e.g., Thymosin Alpha-1 at 1.6mg 2×/week), we cite that as the reference point.

Reconstitution math: All calculator outputs use the standard pharmacy formula: Concentration (mcg/mL) = (mg × 1000) ÷ BAC mL. Verified against independent calculations. Report any discrepancy via the feedback link.

Mechanism descriptions: Summarized from primary mechanistic studies. We distinguish between animal model data and human clinical data where the distinction matters.
